What is innerlife coaching?

Do you know God is calling you to more but unsure of how to access it?

I felt the same way for so long. I knew in my heart I wanted to become the woman, mother, wife, believer that God created me to be. But, I also knew there was a gap. A gap between who I currently was and who I wanted to be. And the worst part was that I had no clue how to bridge it.

So I set out on a journey.

A journey with the Father that would help to uncover and heal the parts of me that were desperately getting in the way of me.

Over the last decade of engaging in my own healing work with the help of counseling, community, the Holy Spirit and tons of experts in the field— I have acquired tools, practices and wisdom that have radically changed my life. So much so that I cannot wait to come alongside you and watch the same transformation happen in your life as well. You see, one of the most valuable things I learned over the course of my own healing is that this journey is less about becoming the woman we are called to be, and more about unearthing her.

Sis! She’s in you! She just has to feel safe enough to come out.

InnerLife Coaching is a biblically-based, trauma-informed practice where we use a combination of tools involving interpersonal neurobiology, inner healing prayer, theology and psychology— to cultivate a space for you to feel seen, cared for, and safe enough to come face to face with the most hidden parts of yourself, so that you can begin to move towards the healing, freedom and joy that God has designed for you.

Who is InnerLife Coaching for?

  • The woman who is aching for emotional healing and ready to begin doing the hard, yet holy work of learning how to access it.

  • The woman who is ready to know how to experience the joy, peace and love that Christ died for her to have.

  • The woman who is tired of living beneath her potential and wants practical steps of how to live into it instead.

  • The woman who longs to know Jesus more intimately but feels stuck as to how.

On this journey we will learn:

  • How to live from a place of deep compassion instead of paralyzing shame.

  • How to lovingly embrace the parts of our story that scare us the most.

  • How to see ourselves the way God sees us.

  • How to identify what it is that is keeping us stuck (emotionally, spiritually, or in our calling) and gain practical ways to be able to move forward.

  • How to walk in who we truly are and what we are truly capable of.

  • How to become whole.
