Do you know God is calling you to more but unsure of how to access it?
Are you trying to make different life choices but keep falling back into the same patterns?
I felt the same way for so long.
I knew in my heart I wanted to become the woman, mother, wife, and believer that God created me to be. But, I also knew there was a gap. A gap between who I currently was and who I wanted to be. And the worst part was that I had no clue how to bridge it.
So I set out on a journey.
A journey with the Father that would help to uncover and heal the parts of me that were desperately getting in the way of me
Over the last decade of engaging in my healing work with the help of counseling, community, the Holy Spirit, and tons of experts in the field— I have acquired tools, practices, and wisdom that have radically changed my life. So much so that I cannot wait to come alongside you and watch the same transformation happen in your life as well.
You see, one of the most valuable things I learned throughout my healing is that this journey is less about becoming the woman we are called to be and more about unearthing her.
Sis! She’s in you!
She just has to feel safe enough to come out.
What is InnerHealing Coaching?
InnerHealing Coaching is a biblically-based, Spirit-filled and trauma-informed practice. In this space we use a combination of tools involving interpersonal neurobiology, inner healing prayer, theology, and psychology to cultivate a space for you to feel seen, cared for, and safe enough to come face to face with the most hidden parts of yourself, so that you can begin to move towards the healing, freedom, and joy that God has designed for you.
This is a space for YOU! In this space there is no rush to tie a pretty bow on your story. In this space we slow down. We allow you to be where you are and allow the Holy Spirit to meet you where you are. In this space we learn how to tune our ears to the heart of our God. We say the hardest things out loud and we grow in compassion, curiosity, grace and love towards the parts of ourselves that need it the most.
